“I have worked with many design agencies over the years but none have ever come close to the outstanding account management service at Bluegreen Design. Nothing is too much trouble (even if that means working all night to get something to print on time) and they always deliver to time and budget... with no hidden extras. In my experience you get what you pay for with agencies, and whilst Bluegreen might not be the cheapest around, if you want an agency that will provide a faultless service and work with you to really understand what you are trying to achieve, they definitely fit the bill.” Sarah Baxter - Sales & Marketing Director. Bedford College. http://www.bluegreendesign.co.uk/our-work/market-sectors/services/
“Tony and Bluegreen are an outstandingly creative team and we have been delighted to recommend them to a number of our own large clients. Their added-value and after sales service has meant that those clients have told us they have been glad to engage with them. Tony's team is large enough to support the biggest and most demanding projects, but still will take the time to care for smaller clients with less impressive budgets.” Jacquie Manners – Director -Manners PR. http://www.bluegreendesign.co.uk/our-work/market-sectors/education/
“The team at Bluegreen have been a fantastic in helping to develop what I believe to be a truly powerful brand with the MK Dons Sport and EducationTrust (SET) including our very own www.mkdonsset.com website. They have delivered outstanding quality and great value in line with our needs not only on our own projects with the brand they created but with projects where we are in partnership and requires a whole new look and feel. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for graphic design and web services in Milton Keynes, or beyond!” Matt Cove - Communications Director - MK Dons SET. http://www.bluegreendesign.co.uk/our-work/market-sectors/charitable/
“I have been using Tony and Bluegreen for design services for more than 15 years across three different organisations and have always found them to provide exceptional and professional service. I love the company ethos, work ethic and sense of fun and have no hesitation in making Bluegreen my first point of contact for design services. They have a very natural ability to create a great rapport with clients, whether SME's or large corporation and Tony is one of life's genuine guys (although he probably won't thank me for saying it!)”

“I have worked with Bluegreen Design on a wide range of projects from the rebranding of a local events venue through to the production of business brochures. Tony’s team always meet the brief and produce high-quality work to stipulated deadlines. I look forward to working with them again in future and would recommend them to anyone looking for a Bedford based design agency.” Philippa Rego Debort - PRD Marketing. http://www.bluegreendesign.co.uk/our-work/market-sectors/retail/
“We first worked with Bluegreen when putting together a membership scheme at England Hockey. They provided the full concept for the artwork for the scheme and we continued to use their services to refresh the design each year. Their creative ideas extended beyond graphics, providing us with tips in communicating and promoting the scheme as well. They bring a fresh, personable and innovative approach to the design table and I would happily work with them again.” Christina Jensen - Membership Services Manager - England Hockey. http://www.bluegreendesign.co.uk/our-work/market-sectors/sports/
Beware of benefit cuts! BPHA approached us to help communicate to their customers how the introduction of the Government's new benefit cuts would affect them and their families.
The brief showed that it was important that the complex, and potentially confusing messages be conveyed in a manner that would encourage action from customers, but at the same time not frighten them. Our approach was to talk a simple, straightforward language that communicates the fact that BPHA are able to help customers work through the imminent changes in a confident and helpful manner.
At the same time, we needed to convey visually that taking no action at all could result in unnecessary stress and concern. A difficult balance, but one that we've managed to achieve.
The project is currently ongoing, and utilises our skills within branding, digital, print and signage requirements.

When tasked with creating an advertising campaign on behalf of the BBC World Service, to be delivered across large poster sites in multiple cities across Africa, we combined very simple messages with bold and bright graphics to create a series of arresting posters. http://www.bluegreendesign.co.uk/portfolio/services/advertising/

A song and dance of a launch!… As part an ongoing rebranding project to improve its presentation methods we were approached by Stella Mann College of Performing Arts to redesign the college website. The new website has just been launched, and has a robust open source content management system at its heart. This makes it very easy for the client to update and insert new information including text and images as well as news items and diary updates in real-time. You can view the new site herewww.stellamanncollege.co.uk. Incorporating an unusual navigation system, the site is the reference point for all things connected to the college. You can also view the new branding and prospectus at www.bluegreendesign.co.uk/about/news/stella-mann Performing? Then let's talk.
The Sixth Dimension, Bluegreen’s new project for the new sixth from college in Bedford. The Bedford Sixth Form is a new College located in Bedford town centre and is a place of learning dedicated to sixth form choices, providing A-Level, BTEC and GCSE study to full-time students. The Bedford Sixth Form, which will run under the auspices of Bedford College, will open in September 2012 as the only specialist sixth form in the town. Our role was to advise on how the new venture should be branded and positioned. Combing modern and progressive educational aspirations within a very traditional landmark building meant that the branding project would be challenging.
As part of the ongoing project we worked with the in-house digital team to create the new website, which can be viewed at www.bedfordsixthform.ac.uk.
The new logo and branding is based upon the golden ratio which is found in nature, architecture and mathematics. As part of the project we have worked on a wide variety of marketing requirements including a 28 page prospectus which can be downloaded here. You can see another example of a similar educational project created on behalf of Bedford College, for The Bedford Free School here. http://www.bluegreendesign.co.uk/about/news/bedfordsixth-web

Good luck Team GB!…As part of Badminton England's preparation for the London 2012 Olympic games we were asked to consider how the organisation's communications running up to the event could be branded in an effective manner. The aim of the 'Olympification' project is to help keep Badminton at the forefront of the Olympic sporting agenda, as well as encouraging participation of the sport before, during and acting as a legacy device after the event.
We were tasked with creating a 'Good Luck' message wall at the National Badminton Centre in MK based around the Olympic Team GB campaign theme of 'Our Greatest Team'. The 5m x 4m feature wall graphic features images of the selected badminton Olympians and allows supporters and sponsors to add a personalised message for each of the athletes. When applied to the wall, the three different shuttlecock stickers in red, white and blue combine together to create the union flag in the background of the graphic.
Our work on this campaign is ongoing and includes printed materials, advertising, digital and online solutions. You can view stage one of the project here. Good luck to Team GB from all of us at Bluegreen!
